Email support@eidolon.llc with your iPad model, iPadOS version and KinoPose version (in the app's settings). Screenshots help.
Do my photos get uploaded?
No. Pose detection runs on your iPad, and your photos and poses stay on the device.
Which iPads are supported?
KinoPose is designed for iPad. The supported models will be listed on its App Store page at launch.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I join the beta?
